Omega-3 fatty acids appear to reduce the triglyceride levels, stabilize the blood clotting mechanisms, and reduce blood pressure. Fish oil makes a good antiaging product in any diet and should be consumed on a regular basis. It is also been shown to potentially benefit the cardiovascular system and there is now nearly irrefutable evidence that omega-3 fatty acids benefit the heart!
