A Proper Diet And Plenty Of Sleep

A proper diet is absolutely pertinent for your overall health. Even if you work from home or have the day off, you should implement a healthy diet. Eating the proper foods and maintaining a healthy diet will help to ensure that your body is ready for the task ahead. Also, you should never neglect your sleep! Getting a sufficient amount of sleep each night will limit the risks of falling to sleep on your way to or from work. 8 hours should be more than enough for the average individual, but more is even better.

Ask For Help

As hard as it may be, you should never be afraid to ask for assistance. If you’re required to lift a healthy patient or a heavy object, you should ask for help. Attempting to perform the task on your own would very incredibly risky and should be avoided, at all costs.

Proper Footwear

Finally, you should always make sure that you wear the proper footwear. Wearing incorrect footwear can lead to damage to your feet and toes.
