If you have never heard of detox foot patches, you are missing out on the possibility of feeling better, sleeping better, and looking better. Detox foot patches are adhesive bandage-type products that are made to stick to the bottom of your feet. They look a lot like a big, white band-aid or an adhesive gauze pad. So, what in the world do detox foot patches claim to do for you? They may remove unhealthy chemicals, waste products, and other toxins by making the pores enlarge and soaking up the toxins that are in your bloodstream, lymphatic system, and the like. What is in these patches that helps all this detoxification occur? Depending on the brand, the ingredients differ, but nearly all detox foot patches contain various all-natural ingredients derived from plants, and they are based on Asian remedies.

Using detox foot patches is quite simple. Before you go to bed, you simply apply the patches to the underside of your foot and wear them to bed to help your body detoxify while you sleep. Nothing can be easier than that; we all need sleep, and if we can increase our health with very little effort during the third of our life that generally is unproductive, that can only be a good thing. Putting on a pair of socks over top of the patches is probably a good idea as well, especially if you are one of those people who tosses and turns a lot during the night. Socks can help ensure that you don?t accidentally kick them off. That is really all there is to it. Simply apply the patches and go to sleep. They will do the work for you. You can use one patch on each foot and alternate their placement if you like, or you can apply more than one patch on each foot. No more than three per foot, however. Of course, you would have to have awfully big feet to put more than that anyway!

Although they were really designed to be used on the feet, you can also apply the patches to other areas of the body if you like. For example, if you have a bump or bruise or pain in the elbow or knee, you can apply a patch to that area for more direct detoxification. When you get up in the morning, you will probably be shocked to see the change in the appearance of the patch, and you will likely wonder how you ever got all those unhealthy toxins in your system.
