Doe your pets make you want to sneeze? Your eyes may begin to water every time the cat enters the room and you may have a pet allergy. This doesn't mean that you will have to get rid of your beloved cat or dog or other pet, but you will find that the pet allergy can be treated with medication.

The dander is what will trigger the itchy, water eyes, sneezing, and affect the nasal passage. First, of all, you will want to consider how important your pet is to you versus the fact that you are going to have to be on medication as long as you are around the pet. That may mean you have to take your prescribed medication everyday. Some people prefer not to deal with the medication; however, you will want to think about how connected you are to the pet.

Pet allergies are very common and if the child are exposed to such animals, you will find that they will have a decreasing risk of developing allergy. You will want to deliberately exposure your child to pets early in their life so that you don't have to deal with them being allergic later.

Most people with a severe case of allergies may need to go to the doctor and get a prescription. You will want to consult your doctor on what you should do about the pet. Some people are given the advised to sell the pet. The choice is entirely up to you.

Pet allergies are very common, but they are also easily treated. You will want to make sure that you think about the signs of allergies and try to get the help that you need to control the allergy attacks and still enjoy the experience of having family pet.
