Many people do not want to use drugs or surgery to cure their excessive sweat problem which is understandable. In this article, I'll show you some of the natural ways that you can use for your hyperhidrosis.

All drugs have side effects, something that the manufacturers are required to display. And surgery for hyperhidrosis is not like a routine tonsilectomy - it is unreliable and complications are common. Far better then to treat your hyperhidrosis is as natural a way as possible. Let's take a closer look.

Antiperspirants

Most antiperspirants contain high levels of aluminium chloride that is absorbed into the body. No one really knows what the long term effects of putting this stuff into our bodies are. Some doctors even think that it could cause breast cancer.

Some natural antiperspirants that you could try are rock crystal and aloe vera containing products.

Herbal Remedies

There are many different herbs that you can try to reduce your sweating. Sage tea is commonly advised for this condition. Other things that you can try are valerian, chamomile, neem bark and seed, wild indigo and kava kava.

If your hyperhidrosis is triggered by anxiety then you can also try St. John's Wort.

Diet

Your diet has a profound effect on your hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis happens because the body's sympathetic nervous system is out of balance and a good diet can restore this.

In particularly recommend that you eat more raw food in your diet. This means much more fruit and uncooked vegetables.

Exercise

Many people who suffer from excessive sweating say that if they do some exercise earlier in the day and “sweat it out" then later on they will sweat much less, even if they are keeping themselves well hydrated.

Household Products

There are actually many household products that you can use for your hyperhidrosis. Some people use apple cider vinegar although this does have an odor all of it's own. Perhaps better is bicarbonate of soda. I have heard of many people applying this to their underarms to reduce perspiration.
