Female Fat Loss Fast And Easy

When starting a fitness program many of my female clients get discouraged when they see their husbands and boyfriends lose weight and body fat more quickly than they do.

“It’s just not fair!” they cry.

I can totally relate! My husband can eat a smaller lunch and then walk the dog and it seems in a few weeks he is back down to fighting weight! It can seem unfair, but humanity would be in trouble if it were not for our thigh, hip and tummy fat! Women are designed to store more fat for our childbearing/nursing days. Unfortunately, it does not disappear once the babies are grown! Nature tells us to hang onto it, and our sedentary lifestyles and fast food lifestyles have helped nature to a fault.

Do not despair! There is a simple, no-nonsense approach to fat loss! You can eat delicious foods and never feel deprived! Forget about eating three square meals a day…how would you like to eat 5-6 meals instead? Can’t keep up with the Olivia Newton John wannabe in the local aerobics class? No worries! There are proven methods of exercise that not only burn fat, but keep your metabolism revving all day long!

No matter your age or current fitness level, you can get as lean as you want with the right information. This information is not running along side the fast food commercials on your television, nor is it on late night infomercials, but this information is life changing! I lost 50 lbs. and went from a sick and tired housewife to a very active and productive personal trainer! I am enjoying life and you can too! Below are some of the secrets to successful fat loss:

1. Water: Drink at least 8 glasses a day. This is in addition to coffee, tea and diet soda consumption! If this is hard, try squeezing lemon juice in it or even adding a product like Crystal Light. One trick I use is drinking from crystal stemware…I know it sounds silly, but it works for me…I am special enough to drink water out of a pretty glass!

2. Graze: If you are eating three meals a day you are really doing yourself a disservice…and heaven forbid you eat just once in hopes of losing weight! Eating small meals throughout the day will not only stabilize your blood sugar, it also has a thermic effect! This means your metabolism speeds up!

3. Exercise: You MUST move! Any weight loss program that promises you can lose body fat without actually moving will fail! There are added benefits to exercise: appetite suppressant and mood elevation…. DO IT! Start slow. A short walk everyday will do wonders, and the more you move the more you will want to move!

4. Sleep: Get at least 8 hours. If you do not get enough rest your body becomes stressed. This is not condusive to fat loss.

Fat loss really is not rocket science. It takes commitment, but anything worth having usually does!
