Healthy Hair - The Nutrients You Need

Sometimes, even when you have grown your hair especially for the purpose of selling it to a certain wig – making company or donating it to charity, your hair will be rejected as unsuitable for wig – making. This happens when hair is too thin, damaged or unhealthy to be made into a wig that will last. It is necessary for someone who is interested in selling or donating human hair anywhere (whether it is for charity or money) that they are aware of the most important kinds of nutrition. Without this nutrition he or she may not be able to sell or donate their hair.

Why, some people ask? The reason is because the natural health of someone’s hair depends on his or her genetic make – up, treating weaker hair with the proper vitamins will make it possible for them to donate or sell it. The following vitamins are essential to maintain the beauty of your hair. Whether you plan to sell or donate for human hair wigs or if you simply are planning to keep your hair long and luxurious for as long as possible between trimmings.

Vitamin A includes antioxidants that will assist in the production of healthy sebum (the substance to which I previously mentioned) in the scalp. The vitamins you need, can be consumed and metabolized by eating foods such as fish liver oil, orange fruits and vegetables such as carrots, peaches and, apricots. In addition, Vitamin A is common in green vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, and spinach as well as dairy products such as milk and cheese. Eggs are also a good source of Vitamin A.

Vitamin C is another excellent source of nutrition for your hair. It is an antioxidant that can help maintain both hair health as well as the health of your skin, a little beauty bonus. Green vegetables, as well as potatoes and, of course, (strawberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, pineapples, tomatoes, oranges, grapefruit, lemons) the various citrus and fruits rich in Vitamin C.

Vitamin E is another antioxidant that controls and enhances the scalp circulation and improves the condition of someone’s hair. Like the rest of these vitamins, Vitamin E is essential to your hair’s healthy, natural condition, and most importantly, that it is usable for human hair wigs.

Biotin is a substance that helps produce the chemical keratin which prevents graying and potential hair loss. That is, before you chop it for making human hair wigs. Foods such as whole grains, egg yolk, milk and rice will provide Biotin. Niacin, like the antioxidant in Vitamin E, will enhance the circulation in the scalp and improve the condition of the hair.

Vitamins B12, B6, and B5 are also great for your hair. So be sure to get plenty of nutrition for your hair if you are going to use it for human hair wig – making. And, naturally, the nutritional benefits to your body will also be a great thing for your overall health. It is usually two to three months to see the results of your new vitamin regime – that is, if your hair is not in good condition at the time. Ask a nutritionist about what specific doses of these and other Vitamins you may need. It is also a good idea to find out how the condition of your hair is rated by the people to whom you may sell or donate your hair for human hair wig – making. You may think your hair is in great shape and find out that it is not. However, you may find out the opposite – that your hair is not in good condition. You may discover that your hair is in poor condition, and the Vitamins you need must be there before you can donate your hair.

It is logical to protect your hair to improve its overall condition. Even trimming occasionally can prevent the rapidity of hair growth to the extent that it will take much longer to grow enough hair to sell or give to any charity. It is common for shorter hair, of course, to maintain its nutrients that are secreted by an oily build – up that is naturally emitted by the scalp. When you brush your hair this oily secretion is distributed into the rest of your hair.

However, longer hair receives less of this nutrition especially at the ends of the hair and must therefore obtain it from some other source. People who must maintain a human hair wig must be able to keep it maintained easily so that it will last and last. Therefore, the nutrients and overall health of human hair wigs must be virtually stellar to be as strong and long lasting as possible.
