That's what everyone wants in weight loss, the quick solution to all their problems and to be honest, I completely understand why that is, however, there are very few “quick" solutions actually out there for you to use.

The quick solution is really just as simple as this - find a step by step system that will guide you through the process of losing weight and stick to it no matter what.
You must have a system and you must stick to it, otherwise you are just making things much, much harder for yourself.
If you truly want to lose weight then you will have to realise and understand that what you consider to be “quick" may not be available for you, instead just reassure yourself that you really do want to lose the weight and that you will do what it takes to do so, this will pretty much guarantee you succeed.
