The harsh cleansers only hurt your face and dry out your skin. It is not good for your skin to be stripped of all of its natural oils. If you use just water (hot and cold) and maybe a light soap you will be just fine. The hot water will open your pores so you can clean them and the cold water will close them to keep dirt out.
Clear Skin tip #2 – Stop touching your face and popping your pimples
When you touch your face you transfer all the germs and bacteria from your hands to your face. You also transfer the oils and your face will feel dirty because it is. This just makes you break out.
When you pop your pimples you are actually squeezing out the white blood cells that help to heal the blemish. This just causes irritation and scarring. It is a bad idea to pop them so stop doing it.
Clear Skin tip #3 – Stress is your worst enemy
Stress is the biggest cause of pimples and acne. It is the one thing that you have to avoid as much as you can. Food doesn’t cause acne it is the stress levels. Yes food can make you more prone to acne, but stress can have your face breaking out on a regular basis.
