Green tea comes from a type of plant called Camellia sinensis. Green tea can reduce the chances of contracting heart disease because it contains lots of antioxidants. Antioxidants strengthen the blood vessel system and regulate the blood flow. It is rich in fluorine. Fluorine is often used to prevent tooth decay. When fluorine ion is combined with calcium, it will form into Ne apatite on the teeth. The Ne apatite will prevent acid from destroying the teeth. This tea can fight away the germs and help you to have a healthier body. When you drink it, the germs in your mouth will be killed.

Green tea has at least 2% of caffeine. The caffeine is capable of increase your alertness. After you drink, you will be able to give more concentration to your work. Drinking tea can help you to stay alert throughout the day and night. Older people who experience dizziness when standing pup should drink the green tea. Green tea can cure the dizziness because it increases the level of the blood pressure. It can lower the heart attack risk so it is beneficial for people with heart disease problem. If a person with heart disease drinks the green tea, he will have very low chance of dying from heart attack. Some researches show that green tea can lower the risk level of Parkinson’s disease. It can significantly lower the risk of contracting Parkinson’s disease even if you drink 124mg of caffeine daily. You should refrain from drinking more than 4 cups because it can cause psychological dependence. Women have lesser chances of developing ovarian cancer and atherosclerosis if they drink the green tea.

Green tea is not suitable for all people. Pregnant mothers can drink a small amount of green tea every day. If too much tea is drunk, it can cause negative side effects on the pregnancy such as lower birth weight, miscarriage and etc. It can flush away the calcium in the bone via the urine. Drinking too much tea can cause osteoporosis condition. Every serving of green tea contains 40 mg – 120 mg of caffeine. If you want to improve your mental alertness, a dose of 250 mg of caffeine will be sufficient. If you want to reduce heart attack risk, you should drink one cup of tea per day. People with kidney stones should also drink one cup of green tea per day. To avoid Parkinson’s disease, you must drink 5 cups of tea peer day. To prevent atherosclerosis, you can drink 1 – 4 cups of green tea per day.

There are various forms of green tea . It is imported from different countries such as Nepal, China, Sri Lanka and etc. Green tea is darker compare to other types of teas. Usually, it has a dark amber color. Traditionally, green tea is the most popular tea in the west. Today, the green tea is also becoming every popular in the western countries. There are a few varieties of green teas such as rose, cinnamon, honey and vanilla. You can either buy loose teas or bagged teas. Bagged teas are made from smaller tea leaves. Loose tea leaves can produce a full flavor. Loose tea leafs can be resteeped to produce a more flavorful tea. The tea bags will fleas more tannin compare loose tea leaves.
