The most popular beverage in the world today after water is tea The process of developing it is of different developmental stages, like oxidation, heating, drying and the addition of other herbs, spices or fruit. There is also another kind of tea called herbal tea which is the infusion of fruit or herbs that contains no actual tea e. g. Rose -ship tea chormoniche tea.

BENEFITS TO THE HEALTHS

Tea has the ability to lower bad cholesterols by an average of 10%. Where dangerous cholesterol has already stuck to the artery, flavornoids which is an antioxidant in tea helps to prevent it from damaging the inner lining.

FIGHTS CANCER

A regular intake of about ten cups of green tea delays the emergence of cancer to nine years in women and about three years in men according to a research carried in Japan in 1998. Also a health study conducted in 1998 suggests that men who drink three cups of green tea a day were 30% less likely to develop prostrate cancer.

IT BUILDS THE BONE

Falconoid which are found in tea protects the bones. Also falconoid in tea stops bacteria from stocking to the teeth and this helps to fight cavities.

NOSE DECONGESTION

Some varieties of tea are used as nasal decongestants. If a slice of lemon is dropped in a black tea and allowed to simmer for five minutes, inhaling the scent coming out of the steam, and repeated for more than 3 days clears nasal congestion.

CURE FOR COLD AND FLU

A slice of lemon in a cup of black tea ½ teaspoons of chamomile and mint, allow to simmer for 5 minutes in a boiling water and drink afterwards. If this therapy is repeated a few times daily, you will notice a reduction or rather gradual decrease of your influenza.

TREATMENT FOR SORE THROAT

A drop of honey in a cup of black tea eases the throat. This therapy is better than trying to drink warm water mixed salt in the treatment of sore throat.

FIGHTS INSOMNIAS

When you are finding it difficult to sleep, especially at night, get a spoon of milk, I teaspoon of chamomile and mix them with your tea you will feel the sleep quickly creeping in.

MOTION SICKNESS

After a long trip and your feel tired, add 3 or 4 slices of ginger in a cup of drinking water to prepare ginger tea Sip to relieve nausea cause my motion sickness.
