Panaeng: It means Meat in Spicy Coconut Cream

Som Tam: it means Spicy Papaya Salad Som Tam which literally means “Sour Pounded" is the most popular foods among Thailand people for its fiercely spicy and sour flavors. Som tam is usually served with grilled chicken and sticky rice. It is good for health because it contains high vitamins.

Moo Sa-Te: It means Grilled Pork Sticks with Turmeric This juicy grilled pork sticks are usually served with two saucy dips – one is a not so spicy thick sauce with ground peanuts, coconut milk and curry powder and another one is a sweet and sour.

Tom Kha Kai: It means Chicken in Coconut Milk Soup
It is nothing but the variation of chicken soup and it is so popular because of its taste.

Kang Keaw Wan Kai: It means Green Chicken Curry Its like a Sweet Green Curry It is generally eaten with steamed rice or served as a sauce to rice noodle.

Pad Thai: It means Fried Noodle The stir-fried noodle becomes popular because it tastes yummy and comes with a different choice to add in a set of seasonings to suit your desire of eating. This is the most popular dish of Thai food.

Tom Yam Goong: It means Spicy Shrimp Soup There are two styles of Tom Yam, the clear spicy soup and another one is thick spicy soup. Thick spicy soup is cooked by adding coconut milk. Tom Yam Goong is a signature dish of Thailand.
