- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons of Splenda or similar artificial sweetener
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened peanut butter packed
- 2 egg
- 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
- 5 ounces finely-grated Almonds
- 1/4 cup softened butter
For the Crust: In a medium sized bowl, mix almonds and softened butter until they form a paste-like mixture. Next, press into a pie pan and place in refrigerator to let hardened.
For the Filling: Preheat Oven at 350°F. Using an electric mixer blend cream cheese on low speed in a mixing bowl.
