You can prepare healthy recipes by using olive oil. It is possible to prepare low-calorie food items so that the risk to various kinds of diseases can be reduced drastically. The following type of food items can be prepared with quality olive oil:

By using natural olive oil, recipes that delight your appetite can be prepared. You can prepare food items with greens and vegetables so that it will not be difficult anymore to feed your kids. Strong flavors can be managed by using the olive oil.

You will use just one spoon of extra light olive oil to prepare an appetizer. The other ingredients are salt (sufficient to taste), whole wheat flour (3 cups) and milk (for kneading). The stuffing can be done with mixed vegetables (carrot, cabbage, capsicum, and potatoes). Potatoes can be added in semi-boiled form.

The other ingredients to accomplish the task include turmeric powder, ginger chilli paste, onion, lemon juice and green chutney.

By using fresh herbs, you can prepare Parmesan-herb Focaccia which can be served with soups and stews. Even though you are tempted to stir with dough, it should be avoided and the recipe should be restricted to herbs so that there will be great flavor.

Colorful Panipuri

The following ingredients are required to prepare colorful and tasty panipuri which is very famous all over India:

  • Semolina – 1 cup
  • Maida – 3 table spoons
  • Cooking soda – one pinch
  • Spinach – 1 tea spoon
  • Carrot juice – 1 tea spoon
  • Beetroot juice – 1 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder – one pinch
  • Pomace olive oil – as per requirement

Semolina, Maida, cooking soda and salt should be mixed and it should be divided into four parts. You should add spinach juice, carrot juice, beetroot juice and turmeric to each part separately. By adding water, you should prepare different dough with each part.

They should be covered for ten minutes. Dough should be kneaded and small colorful balls should be prepared. You should roll them out into thin puries. The balls should be served with spicy water after stuffing.
