What makes this more convenient is that you can get Kobe steaks for sale online. If you want to make your own Kobe beef, you will need the following ingredients and materials:

For the dipping sauce:
2 tablespoons of wasabi powder
1 ½ tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 ounce of chili sauce
3 ¼ ounces of soy sauce
1 ounce of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of lime juice
1 ¾ ounces of canola oil
½ ounce of chopped green onion

For the Hibachi Slaw:
2 ounces of carrot, peeled and cut into match stick size
2 ounces of daikon root, cut into match stick size as well
1 ounce of fresh chives cut into match sticks
1 ounce of pea sprout, cut into match stick size
1 tablespoon of dipping sauce

Kobe Beef:
½ pound of Kobe beef, check below for further instructions

When making the dipping sauce:
Step 1: Mix the wasabi with water in a small bowl and make a paste out of it. Do not put too much water.
Step 2: At the same time use a blender or a mixing bowl and whisk to combine the remaining ingredients, except for the oil and onion. Make sure that you mix them well.
Step 3: Gradually pour the oil until it mixes well with the ingredients and then stir it until everything is mixed well enough. Add in the onion next and then set it aside.

When making the Hibachi Slaw:
Step 1: Use a mandolin or a knife to cut the carrots, daikon, red pepper and chives in a match stick size.
Step 2: Put the ingredients in a bowl along with the pea sprouts and then add salt, pepper and one tablespoon of dipping sauce.

For the beef:
Step 1: Cut the beef into quarters lengthwise and then season the meat with salt, and pepper for it to have flavor.
Step 2: Heat cooking oil in the sauce pan on moderate heat before putting the sliced Kobe beef on it. Once the heat is hot enough, put the Kobe beef and sear it on both sides.
Step 3: Cook the meat to your desired condition and then let the meat cool off for around two to three minutes on a small plate.
Step 4: Cut the loin into thin slices and enjoy the beef along with your dipping sauce and slaw.
