This is also the most recommended type by most nutritionists as it has the most crushing power - meaning, it can take out the most juice out of your fruit and vegetables - plus it does not expose the juice as much as the other individuals to air which will cause it to lose its freshness and essential nutrients to oxygen. For most individuals, carrying out the “juice diet" is a way to achieve all round health improvement. But like any other diet out there, for the diet to work, it takes a lot of discipline and not just the most expensive juice extractor or the freshest of many fruits.
