Char Broil Grill Parts: Everything You Should Know

Visitors: 331

There are many different pieces an individual can apply to their BBQ pit in order to keep it from going into a landfill. Weber Char Broil Grill parts are available online or through many of the larger department stores. There are replacement pieces or pieces that will enhance the grilling experience.

One of the most replaced parts in any of the grillers is the heat plates. The 7000045 Char-broil Heat Plate measures 11 3/4" x 5 5/8" and will replace the factory original of the same size. There are vents in the top of this heat plate so the steam is released. They are also called ‘flame tamers’ and each grill will have either three or four of them depending on the model. Some companies will sell this item in a package of three or four at a discount.

The CBHP1 Char-broil S/S Heat Plate also measures 11 3/4" x 5 5/8". This is a stainless steel style heat plate and will go along with several of the different burners. They are sold in four packs and used in the Performance and Advantage series of charbroil grills. The top of this replacement heating element is stainless steel and will last for a long time.

A Char-broil burner carry over tube is another module that is often needed when it comes to replacing pieces on an outdoor grill. Number 7000277 are designed to fit over CBPCI, flame tamer 700045 and burner CBP1. This carryover unit burner tube will also be used for the Char-broil Performance model number 461350805 grill.

There are also extra cooking pieces that one can add to their gas cooking machine in order to help its performance. Model number 66652 Char-broil Porcelainized two piece Cast Iron Cook Grid set has an overall measurement of 18 1/4" x 26 1/4" with each piece measuring 18 1/4" x 13 1/8". This cook grid set could be used in various grillers including the Char-broil Performance Series Model 461262006 and replaces model numbers 80005665 and 80005724. These pieces will also fit the MCM 66652, char-broil G515-0059-W1 in addition to fitting any Thermos, Uniflame and Kenmore grills.

At present there are over 30 Performance models that the model 7000181 Char-broil warming rack will fit on. There are times when the rest of the dinner isn't ready and one needs to keep the grilled meat or other items warm until things are prepared. There are only two separate models for the Advantage series grills.

Many times the legs are too small on Char-broil grill and they could use a ‘lift’. This would be possible with leg extenders, in sets of two, model number 7000230. These leg extenders are used in over 45 different models in the Performance series and four different models in the Advantage grillers.

There are so many different Weber Char Broil Grill parts for various unique grilling machines that for a good fit, it is important for one to check with the owners manual first. Some of the replacement pieces are needed because the machines have been used over and over again, which is a good thing. There are other times new piece to the barbeque machine is required because of damage due to wind, rain or other natural type storms if the machines are left out in the elements.
