A88 Review - Shake And Tilt Control Isn't The Only Notable Feature On This CECT Clone

Visitors: 6,414

There's no question that the CECT line of iPhone clones were a runaway success. That's because not only did CECT convincingly copy Apple's most popular features, it greatly improved upon them. The manufacturer added an additional sim slot to make the phones dual sim, allowing consumers to have two phone numbers or plans on one phone. They also made the battery removable so you don't have to run down to the dealer every time the battery dies. Additionally, they added more surround sound speakers. The A88 has all of these bonus features and has added two more: shake and tilt control. This means if you want to change any media (songs, video, photos, or wallpaper) you just shake the phone. There's no scrolling or looking down. Additionally, if you want to bring the images to wide screen, you just tilt the phone.

Additional Features: The A88 has everything you would expect from a clone. Here is a very quick list of the most popular features. : Bluetooth, a 3.2 inch finger touch screen, networking support (WAP 2.0, GPRS (class 10)), MP3/MP4 players, a 1.3 mega pixel camera, a video recorder, fully functional smart phone capabilities, web browsing and email, 256 MB internal memory, with an expandable capability of 2GB more. No driver or software is required with this phone. It will automatically read your sim card and works on most GSM networks.

Appearance: This phone looks very similar to the iPhone, but it does have a small keyboard/scroll button on the bottom of the phone and it includes a stylus. It has the silver casing on the back with black on the front. There is no logo or writing on the back of the phone and most people prefer this.

Functioning And Quality: This is a very high performing cell phone. I have never found any bugs or problems with it. It is quick and efficient. The video and music quality, as well as the reception, are excellent. The shake and tilt control is very useful and makes this phone very user friendly.

Pricing: This model starts at about $120, but can vary greatly depending on where you get it. This seems a very fair price considering all of the innovative features packed into this tiny phone.
