Finding nurses online to fill shifts for your medical staffing agency or your nursing staffing agency may seem like a daunting task, especially if you are not quit versed with the online community.

This article will attempt to provide a simple yet an effective way anyone can use to begin a marketing campaign online for your staffing agency. Keep in mind that the techniques here may be somewhat different, yet are proven to be very effective in finding qualified nurses to fill shits.

It does not matter if you don't have a website, but I encourage you to get a simple website if only for exposure.

Online Techniques.

1. Write a couple of articles on subjects related to nurses and how to find jobs and get paid more. You can make the articles between 300 to 500 words and post them on places such as ezine.com. Have a link to your email or your website, nurses will then be prompted by your email or website to contact you.

2. Place a couple of classifieds ads online, use this effective technique offering to pay there gasoline Gasoline for one year. It may sound like a lot but it actually is not, nurses typically get a $5000 sign on bonus, you are basically paying the bonus over one year in smaller increments. But make sure they work with you full time for this deal to pay for itself.

3. Place an add on a weekly or monthly existing publication online that has a mailing list. You can find resources online that have a publication that delivers emails to this particular niche group. Just make sure it is not a conflict of interest and you will be fine.

There you have it, some very effective techniques you can use online to begin recruiting for nurses. You will find that once you begin marketing online that your business will begin to grow. Keep this up for a while; doing it once may not produce your desired results. A constant pace will begin to break exposure grounds and fulfill branding within your marketing group.
