One should never have to be ashamed of making an honest living. At a time when employers are keen to find suitable workers, people have the opportunity to improve their quality of life by getting into suitable, sustainable employment. Surely the best idea is that as a company grows within a region, it supplies jobs not only to its workers but, helps surrounding businesses grow. As these surrounding businesses grow more jobs are created. This may be a simplistic view of the job market and work force but people need to maintain a certain standard of living which isnt just about working all of the hours under the the sun but the ability to have a home life and social aspect of themselves.
