Are you working for a boss, thinking you can't work for yourself? Do you think that you are not talented enough to be your own boss? Or maybe you have talents or ideas, but don't know how to turn them into a business.

Everybody has talents, abilities and ideas, and most likely, if you are working for a boss, you have abilities that your boss is using right now. What are the pros and cons about working for yourself vs. working for a boss?

The number one advantage about working for yourself is FREEDOM. When you are working for yourself you don't have to report to anyone but YOU, and this is a huge stress reliever.

The second advantage about working for yourself vs. working for a boss is MORE MONEY. There is no doubt that if you are the boss you are making more money than if you are working for one.

The third advantage when it comes to working for yourself vs. working for a boss is your SELF-ESTEEM. Yes, your self-esteem will increase tremendously, because you will feel automatically better about yourself not having someone telling you what to do.

These are the three main reasons why anyone should at least think about working for themselves, especially if they are not really happy where they are now.

The only cons about working for yourself are more responsibilities. The price of more freedom, money, and better self-esteem is responsibility, but it's a price that any entrepreneur is willing to pay. The reason for this is that realistically speaking most people working for a boss are unhappy, waiting for their shift to end every day. While this may help pay the bills for a while, it is not a way to live your whole life.

We spend most of our adult life working; more than we do sleeping and more than we spend time with our family. How important do you think it is to be happy working?

The first step you need to take to become your own boss is just making the DECISION. It has been reported that lack of decision making is one of the top reasons for failures. If you do not like what you do, and wish to be your own boss, make the decision to do so, and start to take action now.

It used to be a time when starting your own business required quite a bit of money, and that made the process much harder for anyone with little cash or no cash available to them. Nowadays, however, you can start your own business for very little to no money. In this internet era that we live in it has never been easier to start your own business.

What is available in the internet? There are thousands of opportunities from companies that you join as a distributor for a small fee, to companies that you become affiliated with at no fee at all. Do a Google search in whatever area you are interested in and see what comes up. Once you've found what you are looking for, make another search to verify their legitimacy.

If you don't know how to proceed, There are network marketing universities that can help you as they have helped and are still helping thousands.
