Popups are another device that might seem like a good idea but are actually detrimental to your business. It could cost you quite a few sales!
Don't use popup windows to keep people from leaving your site either. If people want to leave your site, you should not try to stop them. Do not try to keep them there with special offers or popups begging them to stay for one reason or another. Remember, when visitors leave there's always a chance they will return at another time, but they won't if you throw annoying popups in their faces.
It doesn't need to be hard to make money online. If you have a good website you can sell just about anything online. Making your site look great isn't hard, but it will take some work on your part, and time as well.
