CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) machining uses controls on a production machine which are encoded onto a storage medium allowing the machine to operate automatically without the use of cams wheels or levers, this can increase precision during repetition engineering. For many manufacturing applications, computer numerical controlled machining has become an integral part of the process. Computer numerical controlled machining can provide the following services;

CNC Turning which is the process where the part being machined is rotated and the cutting tool is moved along the piece. CNC Milling is a process for machining flats onto solid materials and during which the work piece moves along the cutter. High speed drilling and High-speed tapping are two other manufacturing areas in which computer numerical controlled machining can be utilized.

Products such as hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic manifolds and fittings along with Professional Nibbler and it’s attachments are manufactured using computer numerical controlled technology. These products need absolute precision in order to conform to our strict quality control. CNC machining is also used to manufacture the following products: Aviation interior Fixings, Bushes, Ferrules, Fittings, Flanges, Inserts, Pulleys, Rollers, Shafts and many similar items are all manufactured using this technology.

CNC technology plays a strong role in the production processes of the following industry sectors:

Aerospace, agriculture, food manufacturing and hospitality, hydraulics, recreation and leisure, miniature components, pharmaceuticals, marine, automotive and construction to name a few. All the industries mentioned have a great responsibility to provide accountability for their products; to aid this process CNC technology is crucial.
