Fat Loss For Idiots The Truth Hurts

There's not a diet out there I haven't tried. Most of them bent my mind, broke my spirit but never touched the fat on my belly. I've counted calories until I ran out of fingers and toes. I calculated carbs, both the good, the bad and then it got ugly and I quit. I've sucked grapefruit, cabbage soup, and even had ice cream once a day, but I always fall off the diet, or get discouraged after a week or so. Recently, I gave Fat Loss 4 Idiots a shot.

I think I found my perfect match for my taste and personality. Fat Loss 4 Idiots made sense for my kind of lifestyle. I don't have a lot of time to spend calculating what my next meal is going to be or how many calories or carbohydrates I can eat. I work, and spending half my free time with a book, scanning for the ingredients in my sandwich made absolutely no sense. It not only discouraged me, it burned up my precious-little free time. Fat Loss 4 Idiots didn't make me feel like an idiot, in fact it made me feel smarter for trying out the diet. It asked me what I liked and gave ME the menu with those foods on it and all I had to do was follow it. It was almost as good as being a kid again and telling Mom what I wanted for supper.

The combination of food and the timing when you them, does something to your metabolism that makes it work faster than it ever did before. The diet follows my diet habits. I usually remain on a diet for two weeks, get bored. . . or very hungry. . . and fall off. With this diet, I stick to the computerized list of meals they give me for 11 days. At the end of the 11 days I have to fall off the diet, that's part of the plan, take three days off and then start right back again. It keeps me in that quick weight loss beginning that I experience when I first start a diet so I get the same fast reduction each and every 11 days.

The menus change every day so there's no dread facing a meal. That's another great feature, I don't have to worry about what I'm having for supper. It's all laid out in the plan and that leaves me with more free time for my kids.

I got the plan but waited for the weekend so I could shop and make the meals ahead. During the week, when I'm busiest. During the week, I simply opened the fridge and took out what I needed for that night's meal and it never seemed like I was dieting. In fact, I felt like I was just a lot more organized. I don't have the time, patients or money for those diet plans that ask you to join a group and eat special meals prepared in their kitchens. On this plan there's none of that, my food budget stays in line and the weight comes off faster.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots does recommend that I drink more water, but that just makes sense. It also suggests that I exercise while I diet for optimal weight loss. Again, this makes sense. Since I don't feel starved, weak or tired, the exercise is no problem and I'm noticing that, not only is my weight dropping, but my figure is firming up too.
