It is right to note that if you do not like movies where action takes place in the recent and rather gloomy future, and “Book of Eli" may well seem to you too boring spectacle. But people who like such an entourage (and I certainly am for them) would be interesting to see how Hughes brothers wove into one ball so much of the previously seen film on this theme from “Mad Max" and ending with “Children of Men. " Such landscapes we have seen more than once, poverty and terrible living conditions of the survivors, too. Therefore, the emphasis is not on the creators of the atmosphere and special effects, and the story and characters. And these two components, I must say, failed to fame.
