(October 16, 2008) You finished a good dinner a couple of hours ago. You really aren't hungry but now you are thinking of have some sort of snack. The craving for something sweet, or salty, or chocolate are getting stronger by the minute. Then you cave in again, only to feel guilty and remorseful a little while later .

The withdrawal symptoms and craving for the nicotine in tobacco are the two major obstacles in your path to quit smoking. Smoking is a deadly habit. .
