Cons:
- This isn't really a con - more of a tip. I recommend that you use the best quality, fresh ingredients (flour, yeast etc.) and use them in the exact right quantities. If you don't, the bread just won't turn out right. The bread machine recipes are designed exactly for use with the bread machine because quantities are slightly different to those you would use for oven bread.
