Tea lights are an amazing medium to light up your home this Diwali. These little lights look amazing and are available in different sizes, shapes and designs. India is a country of festivities and Diwali is one of the most celebrated ones. It’s just a few days to go for the festival and everybody is busy deciding upon the decoration of their houses. Diwali is the festival of lights and along with the various rice lights and LED bulbs, tea lights are something very elegant and much appreciated among most of the households. So, here are a few decorating ideas with tea lights which you can follow to make your home sweet home shine the brightest this Diwali.

  • Tea Lights Looks Great Along the Wall

If you can get hold of some single color tea lights, you can place them all together in a line along the wall of your living room. This looks amazing and very few people actually try this, so it’s a new decorating style! However, the tea lights should be bright in color, for example, hot pink, fluorescent yellow, or red, and these can bring a pop color in your otherwise dull living room space. You can line these up on both the ways of your corridor as well.

  • One Single Tea Light On the Centre Table is Beauty

This one is the more elegant option which you can choose if you do not like to go overboard with your decorations. Just buy a statement tea light candle online and place it on the table, in the middle. You can keep flowers as well around the statement tea light. It will enhance its look and will catch the attentions of your guests more vividly.

  • Mix & Match Tea Lights with Colorful Bud Vases

You can buy bud vases easily from the market. Buy some of them and mix and match your Diwali decoration with tea lights along with the bud vases. Keep rose buds or any other flower which you like. Make sure to choose all bright color flowers in order to make the decoration eye-catching. You can contrast the color of the tea lights with the color of the flower buds.

  • Place Simple Tea Lights On Flat Trays

You can easily find huge packets of unscented votive tea lights in the supermarket and these are just perfect for lighting up your abode this Diwali. These are absolutely beautiful to look at and also lights up just fine and also for a longer time. You can place a cluster of these on different trays and keep them in the tables, corners, etc. However, you need to be careful with them if you have kids at home. The outer part of the candles gets really hot and hence, should not be touched with bare hands.

  • Place A Few Tea Lights Along the Windowsill

Buy some bright colored tea lights and place them along the windowsill. This is one of the easiest ways of decorating your house this Diwali with tea lights. Grab a few and place them in order along the windowsill. Light them up in the evening and do not forget to tie the curtains at a place so that it doesn’t catch fire from the tea lights. This decoration can brighten up a room in minutes!

So, by following these above-mentioned few decoration tricks with tea lights, you can easily doll up your home sweet home this Diwali. It’s just a few days to go for the occasion of lights and you need to start preparing soon. If you aren’t really sure about how to go about the purchase of tea lights, just go through the various online websites. You will just have to place and order and the products will get delivered at your doorstep. Yes! It’s now that easy! Happy Diwali in advance!
